The bulk of what we clear falls into three groups. Household and bulky waste covers the furniture, appliances, mattresses and general clutter that a home accumulates. Garden and green waste covers hedge cuttings, turf, soil and the contents of a shed. Builders' and trade waste covers what's left after a renovation — plaster, timber, old units and packaging.
On top of that we do whole-property clearances: houses, flats, garages, lofts, gardens and commercial premises, in full or in part. End-of-tenancy and probate clearances are among the most common, and both tend to mean a property that needs to be left properly empty and swept, not just lighter.

Where it actually goes.
"We'll get rid of it" is the vaguest promise in this trade, so here is the specific version.
We're a licensed waste carrier, which is the part worth checking with anyone you hire. It means your waste is being carried and disposed of by someone registered to do it — and that if it turns up fly-tipped in a lane somewhere, it traces back to us, not to you.
Wherever we can, items are reused, donated or recycled rather than sent to landfill. A working appliance, a sound piece of furniture or a load of clean green waste has somewhere better to go, and it's worth the sorting to get it there.
What genuinely can't be reused or recycled goes to a permitted disposal site. That's the whole chain — no middle step where it becomes somebody else's problem.
